For decades, she has been learning from, and adding value for associations, healthcare organizations, and software companies. Mandy learned that the 'off' button isn't always the answer (but sometimes it is!). Outside of work and family time, she probably volunteering outdoors, helping animals, or running in races.

With seven years of experience in the MSP environment, Mallory brings a strong technical foundation from her background as a Systems Engineer. She’s passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood while navigating their technology needs. Outside of work, Mallory loves exploring the outdoors by hiking with her dogs and traveling to new destinations.

With 7+ years of experience in the MSP world, Matt is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and helping businesses thrive through thoughtful strategy and support. Outside of work, Matt loves spending time with his wife and kids and serving his church and community.

Jeremy blends technical know-how with a people-first approach, guiding clients to IT solutions that truly work for their business. With a background as a network engineer, he makes complex challenges simple and builds partnerships that last. When he’s off the clock, you can find him chasing adventures (and sometimes his dog) with his family.

Bringing nearly 15 years of IT experience and a dual background in Network Security and Business Administration, Joey specializes in aligning technical strategy with long-term business goals for our clients. Outside of the office, he enjoys relaxing with video games and cherishing quality time with his wife, daughter, and their family pets.

With 18 years experience at Network Depot, Benjamin has seen it all. He has been passionately involved in designing and shepherding hundreds of Clients through their IT maturation in his tenure. After majoring in Chemistry, Benjamin turned to technology and has remained on the forefront ever since. Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys living in DC and traveling with his wife and children.

Geoff brings a team-first approach to every project, ensuring solutions are not only effective but strategically aligned with each organization's distinct culture and goals. When he’s not problem-solving professionally, you'll find Geoff on the water fishing or gathered around a table for a D&D session.

With over 15 years in the IT and MSP industry, Nate serves as vCTO, building strong client partnerships while delivering strategic, business-aligned technology solutions. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and traveling to new destinations.

Matt is passionate about helping businesses of all sizes achieve their goals through tailored, dependable IT solutions. Off the clock, he enjoys hitting the golf course and traveling with friends.

With more than a decade of experience as the Service Manager at Network Depot, Colin specializes in ensuring our clients receive the prompt, specialized, and effective IT support they require, no matter the circumstance. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, playing guitar and singing, and spending time with his wife, dog, and five (!) cats.

As Director of Procurement, James focuses on finding practical, value-driven solutions that support our clients and partners. Outside of work, James prioritizes family and enjoys the discipline, challenge, and focus that comes with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Josh is a developer of powerful partnerships and collaborations, establishing expectations, communicating vision and escalating performance to maximize effectiveness. His strengths include the ability to make strong strategic decisions with a focus on acting on needed changes and interventions for alignment of business objectives and solutions. Josh is a connector of people, processes, and strategy.

Chris’ IT journey began in the '80s running two retail computer stores, Moving into computer distribution in the '90s, and later leading the MD/DC/VA field service team at CompUSA. Not one to sit still, Chris launched his own IT company, Amori Network Solutions, before co-founding Network Depot, LLC in April 2005.

A results-driven professional with a passion for building, improving, and protecting the systems that businesses rely on every day. My career has been shaped by a simple principle: Daily urgency is the bridge from where you are and what you’re capable of - and that bridge is limitless.

Over the years, I’ve worked across fast-moving environments that demand precision, accountability, and trust. Those experiences taught me how to lead under pressure, solve complex problems, and translate technical challenges into clear business outcomes. I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible teams, support growing organizations, and help decision-makers gain confidence in their operations and technology.

What sets me apart is my ability to see both the big picture and the fine details. I enjoy building structure where there is chaos, clarity where there is uncertainty, and momentum where there is stagnation. Whether guiding strategy, strengthening security, or optimizing operations, I take pride in being the person others can rely on.

Outside of work, I value family and personal growth. I believe the best leaders stay curious, stay humble, and never stop improving.
